PASSIVHAUS HOUSING
The house has been designed under the Passivhaus type zero energy housing construction system. The program includes living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garage. The house has its main façade facing south, it opens to the privileged views of Estella, due to its west façade.
DEVELOPMENT
It has been audited through the Energiehaus external consultancy for the corresponding Passivhaus Classic certification.
The house has a Building License.
Soon, the construction of the work will be developed.
TEAM The team was composed of the architect Daniel Azpilicueta, the structural engineer Eduardo Ozcoidi,
the technical architect Maria Navarro, and the architect collaboratior Xabier Eskisabel, architect.
