REMOVING ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS, PAMPLONA, NAVARRA

 

PRECEDING

The building of Estella street, 12, is the work of the architect Fernando Redón. The building is 48 years old. It presents a 1.02-meter slope up to the level of shipment of the main lift and 1.89 m up to the level of shipment of the service elevator.

Raises the reform to make accessible the two elevators in the portal.

PROPOSED FUNCTIONAL

He is endowed to look current and renovated inside, with the same fine materials that currently make up the portal: white marble from macael, wood and stainless steel joinery. The Interior is enriched thanks to the reflection of light on all its walls and the use of a domestic material, such as wood.

ARTISTIC PROPOSAL

There is an artistic proposal integrated on the right wall of the entrance, a wall of large-format mode. The painting is a proposal of the painter César Barrio.La proposal dialogues with existing and proposed the portal itself, white stone, wood and stainless steel materials. The mural is a vibrant element, with shades of light sensitive and ever-changing. Neutral space, with reflections, multiplies the painting in all its directions.

 

Dated 2017, has been the project's execution, as well as the technical report of the building, I.T.E. for its corresponding application for licence for works.
