HOUSING FOR A CYCLIST
The House was designed for a cyclist, in their own locality, Echavarri, Allín Valley, land Estella.Se is a privileged area, open to the landscape, together with the penalty of Echavarri, on the North. It has great views to the South. Both the porch as the day area, formed by the living, kitchen, covered as well as plant 1 terrace, cropped silhouette of the rocky landscape of the sierra de Lóquiz, by Southwest. The housing was executed with high thermal efficiency measures, which allows a maximum use of natural resources, as well as a reduced energy consumption. Among other measures of passive architecture, it opted for openings of radiation controlled southward, sobreaislamientos all your envelope, triple glass and heating by radiant soil. Dated December 2015, the work is completed.
PROCESS
He has been made, in addition to the implementation project of the single family dwelling, the subdivision project from affected parcels, urban development agreement with the City Council of the Valley of Allin, the sanitation report of sewage from affected parcels and the development of urbanization.
